I asked 2 different AIs to recreate the "Smallville Torch" news webpage I screen captured while rewatching the series. I added... that it should stay as true to the original as possible.

Below are the 2 html pages that were created.

• grok's version (meh) only had bits that were similar to the original and it lacked any flair. It was also too literal by including the browser header in the output recreation.


• deepseek's version diverged dramatically from the original, creating a completely new style. I'll admit, I love the new style much better than I do the original input graphic! In a single pass, it created a beautiful page with a nice mix of modern and retro. This is 99.9% AI. I only fixed some alignment issues, font sizing.

These two AI-generated templates are dedicated to the public domain under the Unlicense, to the extent permitted by law. No human authorship was involved. License: Unlicense.

PS: do not go to the actual site (www.smallvilletorch.com)... LibreWolf was quite adamant that the new owners of that domain are up to no good.
